Fair questions.

Why is it so cheap?

Because we only do two things, and we've built a repeatable system for both. Agencies charge for meetings, retainers and scope creep. We charge for the work.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. The scope is defined up front, so the price never moves. If you want something outside the scope, we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth adding — and what it costs — before anything happens.

Do prices include GST?

The price you see is the total you pay. Rebwand isn't currently required to be registered for GST, so no GST is added on top. If that changes as we grow, prices will be shown GST-inclusive — the number on the card is always the number on the invoice.

What about hosting and my domain?

Everything is set up under your own accounts. Hosting for a site like this typically runs a few dollars a month, paid directly by you — we don't sit in the middle.

Do you run my social media afterwards?

No — and that's on purpose. We set your pages up properly and leave you a simple posting template so you can keep them alive in ten minutes a week. No retainer required.

How fast is it, really?

Social rework: about 3 days. Website rebuild: live within 7 days of receiving your content. The bundle: within 10 days.
